Meetings – unless otherwise indicated will be held in Reading Room, Rosedale East and are open to all members of the public – the press are also welcome to attend.
The Council occasionally needs to reschedule meetings and this information will be published as soon as practicable. If you are attending a specific meeting please contact the Clerk for validation the meeting is to occur and/or for a copy of the agenda
In some instances additional meetings are held throughout the year where items requiring consideration cannot be carried over to the next meeting; this information will be published on notice boards and websites where necessary
If you have any items you wish the Council to include on the Agenda please contact the Clerk at least one week in advance of the meeting
***** This meeting is called by the Chairman and is a meeting of the electorate of the village (LGA 1972 sch12 para 14) At this meeting there is no definitive format but no decision can be made at this meeting although Agenda items for future meetings can arise as a result of this
